I bought this Chair in December, 2008 after my previous leather chair's plastic arms broke off. I wanted to get a chair that had metallic arms this time. To say the very least, this was easily the best money I have spent on any kind of office furniture. It was fairly easy to set up. The special tool needed to turn those screws in also ships with the package. I discovered that I needed to disassemble the chair while I was moving and the tool came in handy. So I recommend you keep that around.With that said, this is my favourite chair. Period. The leather finish feels great. The architecture supports my back perfectly and the leather padded arms are great for when you have to be sitting in front of your desk for extended periods. The chair's adjustment levers allow you to control height and tilt and the wheels make for a smooth roll across the room. I love this chair so much that I don't even use an armchair when watching television.The chrome finish on the arms and legs add a nice professional touch. Depending on your weight, you may find that you need to tighten the screws in the arms after some use (usually after several months). If you hear any creaking or feel any loosening in the arms, it simply means the screws need tightening. However, most people will probably never have to do this. The chair is of pretty solid construction.If you're on a budget but you don't want to compromise your good taste - this is the chair to get.
