I received this office chair as a gift for my granddaughter. It was beautiful and easy to assemble. But then we noticed a small tear in the fabric of the seat and contacted the company. After a couple of emails back and forth, they graciously sent us a new chair which we received in just a couple of days and we didn’t have to go through the trouble of packing up and sending the damaged one back.
