Good book, easy to navigate through it. Information was resourceful and was good for my leadership/management course for my NP program. I like it because it isn't a back breaker in my back pack as well. :) I also like that it is hardback and not paperback. The information is great resources for anyone who serves in a leadership position in nursing to use as guidance for being an effective leader/manager. I wish all floor managers would read this!
