I had recently switched to an office chair with no arms. After starting to get numbness in my hands and forearms, that increased to the point of painful, I realized it was the lack of arms on my chair that was the issue. I was spending 10 to 12 hours a day in front of a PC holding my arms up to type and mouse.Enter this chair and the numbness is nearly gone after just a few days.Not sure why some others said this is an uncomfortable chair? I find it to be very comfortable and ergonomic. Assembly was easy and fast. Chair appears to be very sturdy and as if it will last me for a long while. I did not use the included wheels, I used a set of those tall rubber wheels (skate wheels), which makes the chair even better.
