After a few months of working from home due to the pandemic, and an increasingly sore back, I decided that I needed to buy a decent office chair. I didn't want to invest my life savings in a chair, but I was willing to spend a bit more than I usually would for better quality. After a good deal of research and comparison, I bought this chair, and it has turned out to be a very good purchase. I tend to sit straight up, rather than leaning back, so something that would support my back in that manner was crucial. This chair does that, and the lumbar support is truly in my lumbar region, rather than in the middle of my back as most chairs are. This is a very good chair for short people, and I was pleased to find it so well proportioned. Additionally, the chair arms can be set further out to the sides to accommodate a person with broader shoulders. The armrests themselves have a gently concave and padded surface that provides a great deal of comfort and support. The seat height is easily adjustable, and the seat itself is also well-padded and comfortably ergonomic. I put the chair together myself in about a half hour (would have gone faster if I'd had help). The direction sheet was minimal, but understandable. The chair is sturdy and very comfortable, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a reasonably priced office chair. Definitely very good value for the price.
