For this price we were managing our expectations. When we put it together, the sturdiness was a great surprise. The size is perfect for a laptop, a few keepsakes, and plenty of room for a candle and a beverage. The drawers are also better than expected. We got this so the modem, phone, and router could be kept in one location and more organized. This worked just as we hoped, and the bonus was the quality and attractiveness.Packaging was minimal, which our household that is trying to live greener, appreciates. Well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition.This desk fit great in my room since I will be working remotely at home.The desk is a good, solid piece of furniture, and it looks good. (By coincidence, the desk top exactly matches the flooring in our den.) The two drawers seem to be cardboard covered in cloth, but they are spacious and should hold up well if not overused. The only real problem was assembly. It's a two-person job, and the instructions are not always clear about what to do at each step, but once we figured it out, we were pleased with the product.This desk came quickly (3 days) and it was easy to put together. Looks great too and fits under a loft bed. College son is very pleased with it. The drawers aren't very big though and a bit flimsy but can't beat how easy it was to put together.
